Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Open AI Short-Command Prompt Dictionary™ (AI Shorthand), operated by Voliciti Group Ventures Ltd (company contact: contact@volicitigroupventuresul.com, 0203 051 4338). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, our Subscription Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and AI Disclaimer.

2. The service

We provide a searchable dictionary of short-command prompt shortcuts, examples and related tools for use with third-party AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

AI Shorthand commands are simple prompting shortcuts designed to help users tell AI what they want it to do. They are not official built-in slash commands supplied by ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
  • Your membership is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your account or allow others to access the dictionary through it.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, resell, publish or redistribute the command library or any substantial part of it.
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or to create unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or our systems.
  • Use automated tools to extract data from the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The command library, site content, branding and design are owned by Voliciti Group Ventures Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the commands for your own personal or business tasks. Content you create using AI tools with our commands belongs to you, subject to the terms of the relevant AI provider.

6. Third-party AI services

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI tools are separate services with their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for their availability, their outputs, or how they process your data. Quick-launch buttons and copy features simply help you take your prompt to those services.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add to or modify the command library and features to improve the service. If we make a change that materially reduces the core service you have paid for, you may contact us about a pro-rata remedy.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for: loss of profit, business or goodwill; content produced by third-party AI services; or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

9. Consumer cancellation rights

Membership gives you immediate access to digital content. When you sign up you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once your 24-hour free trial ends and payment is taken (or, for Lifetime, once access is granted), you lose the statutory 14-day cooling-off right and payments are non-refundable. Your cancellation window is the 24-hour free trial — cancel within it and you pay nothing. See the Subscription Terms for full details. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from My Account or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Clauses which by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property and liability) will survive.

11. General

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
  • We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on the site or by email.
