Partner Programme Terms

1. Nature of the programme
The AI Prompt Shortcuts Partner & Collaborator Programme is a reciprocal visibility arrangement. We display an approved partner's company name, logo and clickable website link on our Partners page, and the partner displays the AI Prompt Shortcuts partner logo with a working clickable link to our website for the duration of the partnership. There is no partnership fee.
2. No wider legal relationship
Participation does not create an agency, employment, joint venture, franchise or legal representation relationship between either organisation. Neither party may make commitments on behalf of the other.
3. Independent responsibility
Each company remains fully responsible for its own products, services, customers, content and representations. Appearing on the Partners page is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any partner's products or services.
4. Brand permissions
Each party grants the other a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to display its approved company name and logo solely in connection with the programme, and only while the partnership remains active. No other intellectual property rights are transferred.
5. Reciprocal link requirement
Approved partners must keep the AI Prompt Shortcuts partner logo and a working clickable link to our website live for the duration of the partnership. Automated checks confirm the link periodically. If the link is removed or repeatedly cannot be found, the partnership may be suspended or terminated.
6. Partner Lifetime Access
Approved partners receive complimentary Lifetime Partner Access to the AI Prompt Shortcuts platform for one nominated email address. This access is personal to that address, is not transferable or resellable, and is governed by these Partner Programme Terms and the standard AI Prompt Shortcuts Terms of Use. If a partnership is terminated for breach of these terms, associated Partner Lifetime Access may be withdrawn.
7. Applications and approval
Applications are reviewed by our team and may be approved or declined at our discretion. We may request corrections to submitted logos or details. Approval activates the partnership automatically, including publication of the partner's logo and activation of Lifetime Partner Access.
8. Ending participation
Either party may discontinue participation at any time. On termination, each party will stop displaying the other's name and logo within a reasonable period. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new version number. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
